On completion of this course, you will have an understanding of Restorative Practices (RP) and be able to implement RP in your classroom and school. You will know how to foster and maintain a positive school culture among adults and students alike. Using Restorative Practices you will be able to review and renew a whole school improvement plan as part of your school’s SSE process.
On completion of this course you will gain a better understanding of educational organisations and have a more complete understanding of how conflict and stress is an ever present force in any organisation. Furthermore, the course demonstrates how conflict and stress can be appropriately managed and re-imagined for the benefit of the individual and the school community.
On completion of this course you will gain a better understanding of educational organisations and will learn and apply key management and leadership skills, especially in the areas of creativity and innovation, motivation, time management and school self-evaluation.
